a month agoYesterday I called to book an 8:00 PM appointment to take my period icinjection. The receptionist was poorly trained, and provided conflicting information. First, I was told the last appointment was 5:30 PM, then 6:00 PM, and despite the hospital being open until 9:00 PM, my request was rejected eventhoughit happened previouslythat i visitedthe branch and got the service. The overall customer service experience was disappointing.
