in the last weekWe had such a lovely experience at the clinic! Even though it was quite busy when we visited, Wedad made sure the time passed by so quickly. We had such a nice chat, and she was incredibly sweet, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Ali was also amazing! I did my Botox with him and he made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. He’s professional, welcoming, and really takes the time to make you feel at ease.

in the last weekThe first thing you do when you walk in is see Dr. Ali Al-Ghandour. He looks at your face, clearly in a hurry, in a way that makes you feel like he's doing you a huge favor for free! He tells you how many injections your face needs, then turns his back and leaves! They tell you how many injections your face requires. Then the doctor comes and starts, but he doesn't use all the injections you paid for, so naturally you assume the rest will be for the touch-up. When I went for the touch-up, I swear to God, without any exaggeration, the whole thing didn't even take 7 minutes! He fixed things quickly and only used about half an injection, and he applied the filler haphazardly! And the strangest thing is, as soon as he finished, he didn't even give you a mirror to see your face! He just turned his back and left!!! What about the blood on my face? Is it possible that no one cleans up after the procedure? No cream or any aftercare after the filler? Okay, maybe I didn't like the result, and that's understandable, but why was he in such a hurry? I didn't come here to have the procedure done for free! I paid money, and I have the right to take my time, see the results, and talk to the doctor if there's anything I don't like. I absolutely hated the way they treated me, and I will never go back there again. Let's talk about the procedure itself: Botox is great, no complaints, but the filler was awful! I can't even begin to say it was awful Honestly, it was all a mess, and you could tell they didn't know exactly where to put the filler. My face is all lumpy now, and the result is completely unnatural and uneven. For me, the experience was terrible, both in terms of the treatment and the rush, and in terms of the filler result, and I will never go back.
