a month agoThis was by far the worst eyelash experience I have ever had in Dubai. I have been doing my lashes for over 10 years and have lived in Dubai for 20 years, and I have never been treated this way in any salon. The lash technician, Kristina, she was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. While she was doing my lashes, she complained about me moving and said that if all her clients were like this, she would rather close the salon and sit at home. I told her that I had. Problem in my neck and back coz of that I need to stretch . She was clearly sick, coughing directly in my face without wearing a mask. She was very rough while brushing my lashes, my eyes were burning, and she did not do the style I asked for. This was my second visit to this salon, and when I told her that I do not accept being spoken to in that manner, she completely raged at me. I asked her to stop and told her not to continue any other services, yet she continued raging talking to me in Avery rude way and even asked her assistant to come and clean the room while I was still inside putting on my shoes. This behavior was shocking, highly unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The service quality was exceptional, the results were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They truly pay attention to every detail and make you feel completely pampered. A special mention to Cristina, the owner — she is such a kind, warm, and welcoming person. She makes sure every client feels special, valued, and leaves with beautiful results and lasting memories. Her passion and dedication reflect in the entire atmosphere of the salon.
