in the last weekThis Clinic Instagram account has went private more than once which is really suspicious about any successful clear business, we tried to support and recommend the clinic to our UAE friends as the owner nawal is the one who married my husband after 23 years of successful marriage and have amazing 2 girls Mariam and Salma and she insisted that he has to destroy the family and the girls and go for a divorce, even though we tried to support and recommend her to help her financially but my friends are very worried every time they open the instagram and they noticed locking it privately so many times, someone responsible should explain the reason of privately doing a business account, as we were embarrassed really from our friends even we did our part trying to recommend and help the solea clinic owner to make more clients and to earn more to leave my kids belongings , houses, dad and finance, but it didn’t work , looks like they face something in the clinic that need to be explained to the clients why a business has to have to private instagram account which is really an odd suspicious attitude. Also I put a review before. 6 months ago that they didn’t publish, they filter first.Subject: Unprofessional and Insensitive Conduct in Customer Communication: However, what I found most appalling was the response I received when I requested an appointment with Ms. Nawal the owner, Instead of a professional acknowledgment of my request, I was unnecessarily informed that she would be on a Valentine’s trip and was then provided with her lawyer’s contact details. Not only was this response completely irrelevant to my request, but it was also deeply insensitive and offensive. As a woman who has lost her husband, I found this statement incredibly triggering, as it unnecessarily brought up emotions of loss, grief, and unfairness. Many women, including myself, have endured the pain of losing their husbands—often due to the influence of other women. Bringing up personal romantic plans in a professional customer inquiry is not only tactless but shows an utter lack of emotional intelligence and sensitivity. A clinic should be a place of professionalism, respect, and care for its clients—not one where unnecessary personal remarks are inserted into customer interactions in a way that can provoke, sadness, feeling of loneliness , and distress. It is completely inappropriate to divert a professional conversation into something so inconsiderate, especially without any regard for how it may affect the client emotionally. Instead of addressing my request with professionalism and courtesy, I was met with a dismissive and irrelevant response that lacked basic professionalism & respect. Instead, simply there should be an apology for nawal being unavailable at the date I proposed and then the clinic suggesting another date/time that can suit both of us me and nawal, no, they didn’t do that , they just put the information of her going on a valentine trip which is useless for me, without recommending another appointment as an alternative to the time I proposed which is clearly unwilling to make the meeting happen, very unwelcoming. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the standards of professionalism, communication, and customer care at your clinic. The way my inquiries were handled—both regarding my daughter’s appointment and my request to meet with Ms. Nawal—was unacceptable. I expect a formal response addressing the unprofessionalism displayed in this interaction and a clear explanation of how your clinic intends to improve its communication practices moving forward. No client should ever be made to feel the way I did.
