I was in a lot of pain and struggling to find any available dental appointments — every clinic I contacted was fully booked. SNO Clinic was also fully booked, yet they were the only clinic that truly cared enough to make space for me on an urgent basis. Zainab went above and beyond to help me. Despite the tight schedule, she worked so hard to arrange an urgent appointment for me. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication turned a painful, stressful day into one filled with relief and even laughter. She was incredibly welcoming, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. Zainab is a true gem and an outstanding representative of the clinic. I sincerely hope her dedication is well recognized — she is an invaluable asset to SNO Clinic. Dr. Mohamad was equally amazing. He explained every single step of the procedure in detail, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. For the first time in a dental visit, I felt truly at ease. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure, and his calm, welcoming demeanor made a world of difference. His professionalism and patient-centered approach are truly commendable. Thanks to Zainab and Dr. Mohamad, I’ve decided to continue my full treatment journey with SNO Clinic. They’ve earned my trust and gratitude. I can’t recommend them enough!

They have been taking care of my dental health for the past three years .

We drove all the way from Dubai and they sent us back twice because they cannot accommodate for our appointments. We informed them that would be late but they did not take that into account even though the woman on the phone said it was okay. Dr. Dana was very selfish and could not do our appointment even though we expressed our concerns for being late due to traffic and rush hour both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
