a week agoIf you want to get even the basic level of customer service, find another place. If you are a decent person, they treat you like a piece if trash, so tu need to be unscrupulous for them to show some respect. Also, really questioning the quality of their products, they sold me a serum that was half solid, but it took a long negotiation to get a refund, they were invoking their "no refund policy". Not even to mention their "doctor" who is really there to push products on you. She saw me the day after my laser treatment when my skin was still a bit red - I told her I had the laser the day before and it's also written in their system - and yet she wanted to treat me for rosacea 🤪 when I pointed out that the redness is due to the laser she just went "oh yeah". In conclusion, I'd recommend you find a different place to get your laser treatments.

2 weeks agoSlightly frustrated I booked a hydrafacial originally on the day I got told due to my acne it wasn’t advisable and instead offered a carbon facial and come back in 10 days for the hydrafacial that I wanted. I felt like all the girls were whispering about me and my acne while I was waiting. I booked because their website preaches “no downtime and get your confidence back”. I get refused the hydrafacial and told I have to spoke to the doctor. doctor walks into the room and says “what’s your concern?” - I don’t know the acne on my face that everyone seems to be going on about?! I noted it on my form, you’ve been whispering about it at the front of house, spoken about it with the aesthetician. What do I need to do? Scream? She’s helpful and prescribes a medicine to help and gives a treatment plan. Next thing you know I’m getting sold a million a one treatment plans and subscriptions. I asked to just pay for the one off and to think about because to be honest the whole thing was confusing and overwhelming. Procedure is painless, quick, nothing to write home about. Yet I walked out past a mirror and my stomach dropped, completely embarrassed after my face looked worse than what it did going in - if that’s part the process fine but don’t preach miracles on the website. My skin improved slightly but you could argue it had nothing to do with the facial and everything about the prescription medicine. Went back for the hydrafacial 10days later, again preached “no down time” walked out looked like a puffy red mess mauled by a bear. I asked the girl at the counter upon exiting how long am I meant to stay red - her response up to 24hours. I wanted to pay for just the one off session, but felt very pressured into signing up for a membership - signed up and paid for 6 “sessions”. Come back for the hydrafacial and nope - have to pay on top anyway hydrafacial wasn’t included even though that was the treatment plan “prescribed” - great. Get emailed today (3weeks after the hydrafacial, 2 months after my first appt) that my membership has expired and I have to pay more - fantastic. What a waste and what a pointless system.
