in the last weekBad service and very poor management. I booked a blow-dry and drove over an hour to get there, only to be handled by a trainee who clearly didn’t know how to hold the brush even. She burnt my scalp and ears, bumped my head twice with the blow dry, and dint even apologize and the final result was extremely frizzy and bad I literally went home to fix my hair!!! On top of that all the receptionist asked me if I did any extra services and didn’t believe me when I said I had no she went to ask others inside, which was very disrespectful! In addition I was also charged extra and told it was VAT with no explanation Waste of time and money. I will not return. They did not even apologize
