I recently visited your clinic for a laser appointment. I have sensitive skin, so before starting, I kindly asked the Egyptian lady at reception if I could see the machine. Her response was, “Google it,” which I found quite rude and unprofessional. I decided to remain calm and waited quietly for my turn. While I was waiting, she answered a phone call and, after hanging up, loudly commented that she hated the customer’s voice. I was honestly shocked to hear such words in a professional setting. Fortunately, when I went to the treatment room, the Iranian lady who assisted me was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Also, when I was leaving, the Syrian lady at reception was very polite and respectful. I truly hope I won’t encounter the Egyptian receptionist again, as her behavior was disrespectful and not suitable for a clinic environment. Having someone with such an attitude at the front desk can give a very bad impression to clients. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

I love this clinic a lot and the receptionists are all cheerful, sweet and very helpful to the extreme. Their energy is very nice, and of course our creative doctor, we will never forget her. She is a doctor who gives you exactly what you need without any compliments, and even if it costs a lot in the end, the result is worth it with persistence. The doctor is sweet, God bless her, and she knows her job. Now she is on a skin treatment journey, and God willing, she is optimistic.
