The entire team — from the reception to the nurses and post-op staff — were kind, organized, and always made sure I felt supported before, during, and after surgery. Dr. Fathi Abu Baker deserves every bit of praise. Within just a couple of minutes at my first consultation, he accurately diagnosed me with deviated septum, nasal polyps, and sinus issues. Two months later, I went ahead with a combined medical and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and I’m honestly beyond happy that I chose him. He was very honest and realistic — he didn’t try to over-change my features or “sell” unnecessary procedures. Instead, he focused on exactly what was needed, both medically and aesthetically. That honesty and precision are rare. Today marks 7 days post-op, and even though there’s still swelling, my nose already looks exactly how I wished for — natural, balanced, and even better than I imagined. Breathing has improved too, which makes it even more worth it. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Fathi Abu Baker to anyone considering rhinoplasty — whether medical, cosmetic, or both. This place is horrible.I’m very disappointed with the service here. I’ve been trying to contact the clinic multiple times, but no one answers the phone. I also requested sick leave certificate for my son after visiting the doctor and still haven’t received it, despite following up several times. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional to ignore patients who rely on timely documentation for school. I expected much better communication and basic courtesy from a healthcare provider.

Very bad service. My son had a temperature of 40 and I called them. They told me to come. But when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t receive me because the doctor no longer receives children.

I had surgery with Dr. Fathy. I want to thank him because after the surgery, thank God, I'm breathing much better. I would also like to thank the kind receptionist and the amazing call center for their great assistance, especially Ms. Nadine. My regards to all the staff.
