6 months agoMy appointment was originally scheduled for 4:30 PM; however, it was changed to 5:00 PM without informing or consulting me. I arrived at the clinic at 4:55 PM and waited until 5:30 PM without being seen. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete waste of time. I believe clients’ time should be respected, and such changes and delays should be communicated more professionally.
