3 weeks agoI had a horrible experience at this salon — honestly the worst I’ve had in Dubai. We had a 12:00 appointment for a haircut, but when we arrived, they didn’t even have it in their system and asked us to wait for 20 minutes. While waiting, one of us decided to do a manicure and pedicure. This turned out to be a big mistake. They didn’t wash the feet, didn’t do any scrubbing, and all the tools and files were visibly dirty. This is a serious hygiene issue that management should be very concerned about. Because of how unhygienic it was, she decided not to continue with the full service. We then waited a total of 40 minutes for the haircut (which never happened). We got frustrated and just wanted to leave. To make matters worse, the manager had the worst attitude. She started speaking in Arabic, assuming we wouldn’t understand, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of all this, the prices absolutely do not match the level of service provided. For what they charge, the experience was completely unacceptable. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

a month agoNot recommended at all, not professional at all. I did a brushing, straight. I booked an appointment at 6; they didn't respect the appointment, only one lady to wash the hair, didn't start before 6.30! The hotel gave me the address of this salon with a card stating all services at 100AED; when I arrived at the counter, the bill was 215AED! The argument is that the card is old! However on Instagram the offer is still valid. 200 the brushing and 15 because I asked him to use the straightener! What a joke.
