a week agoDo not go here!! You will lose your money and will have to pay all over again for a more competent dentist to fix their mess. I paid a lot of money only to end up in more pain . Extremely disappointed with the service and the work done here. I went in for restorations (overlays) on my upper molars because they were worn down. Since the procedure, I have been in increasing jaw pain. The dentist used a 'stronger' material but left them way too high. Even though I explicitly told her they felt high, she insisted they were fine and sent me home. I trusted her as a professional, but now I cannot even close my mouth properly because the bite is completely off. Furthermore, the occlusal guard they made was a disaster; it was impossible to close my mouth with it on. When I tried to resolve this, the doctor who seemed to be the boss was incredibly rude and annoyed, trying to justify his team's poor work instead of fixing it. They reluctantly gave me a soft guard that is useless.

From Keith at the reception and other two guys who is always welcoming, kind, and helpful...to Dr. Jeramie, who has been our trusted family dentist from the very beginning. She has taken care of me and my husband, then my first son who is now 7, my second who is 4, and even my youngest who is just 11 months old. Dr. Jeramie is incredibly patient, gentle, and amazing with kids. You can truly feel that she cares, not just as a dentist but as someone who values long-term relationships with his patients. We are grateful for Luzan's consistent genuine care.
