I contacted the clinic to schedule an appointment with Dr. Alaa. My friend praised her work, and I told them from the start that I was traveling and having an event, so waiting would be difficult, and I wanted to schedule the session before my departure. Thankfully, they gave me an appointment as soon as anyone canceled, and I appreciated that. I arrived at the clinic only 12 minutes late because I hadn't realized they had parking. The receptionist was very polite and respectful, but unfortunately, I left without doing anything because they didn't value my time at all. They made me wait 40 minutes. When I entered, they told me the price, and I objected because less than a month before, a friend had done the same procedure at the same clinic for a lower price. The receptionist did her part and arranged the procedure, and it all happened within three minutes. After that, I sat waiting in the room, and the doctor didn't arrive! I was surprised that she took another person and started working on him while I was still waiting! That is, after waiting 40 minutes and discussing the price, which didn't take three minutes, in the end, the doctor ignored me. Honestly, their scheduling is zero out of ten. I understand waiting 10 minutes at most, but any longer is considered disrespectful of people's time. Quite simply, I would go to my event without Botox, rather than sit around and be treated like this. I'd give the experience two stars just for the girl at the front desk, or I'd give it one.

I absolutely loved my experience at this clinic! Everyone was super kind and attentive from the moment I walked in. The place is beautiful, very clean, and has such a calm and elegant atmosphere. I got a full-face filler treatment with Dr. Raneem Aljarad, and I couldn’t be happier with the results — she harmonized my features perfectly and made me look so fresh and naturally beautiful. Dr. Raneem is incredibly sweet, professional, and truly talented at what she does. The recovery was smooth with no complications at all, and the products they use are clearly of excellent quality. Overall, they provide amazing service, great hygiene standards, and stunning results. Highly recommend! 💕
