4 weeks agoI visited a few weeks ago for a lash lift and a mani/pedi. The mani/pedi service was good, but the lash lift did not go as I had hoped. - My lashes were left brittle and very delicate afterwards. - The solution appeared to have been left on too long, and my lashes curled inwards more than expected. - A few of my lower lashes were also affected by the lift. I raised my concerns and requested a refund, which was processed after multiple follow-ups. It has now been three weeks, and my lashes still feel dry and look uneven. I am sharing this review purely to provide honest feedback on my experience.
