2 months agoOne of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. Completely unprofessional environment and shockingly poor service. I went in for a manicure and a wash + style, and my sister wanted highlights with a slightly darker tone. When I arrived, they told me wash & style is 360 AED. Fine. But the manicure turned out horrible — bumpy, uneven, color all over my skin, and the cuticles were cut so badly that they were red, swollen, and painful. I told them I’m not happy, and they suggested redoing it, which I obviously couldn’t do since my cuticles were literally hurting and inflamed. I asked them to at least give me a hair wash instead. They refused and said they can “offer a discount.” Then they suddenly claimed wash & style is 395 AED and with discount it’s 360 — even though 360 AED was the price they gave me when I walked in. So basically they lied and tried to scam me. Meanwhile, my sister’s hair turned PURPLE. She cried when she walked out of the salon, and mind you she payed 3100 aed for it. All the staff kept gaslighting us and pretending everything was normal. No accountability whatsoever. Absolutely horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and zero interest in customer satisfaction. They will probably reply to this with the classic “we hope to serve you better next time” which means nothing because they clearly don’t care and won’t fix anything. Avoid this place. Go to the salons in Mall Dubai right next door — much, MUCH better service and experience. This place is a scam.

6 months agoToday I had my hair done and the blow dryer exploded while the hairdresser was working on my hair and unfortunately the receptionist didn't even apologize and said this is normal or even deducted the price. The receptionist's behavior is not good.
