Kaya Skin Clinic – Mazyad Mall Branch, Abu Dhabi

Poor after-sales service with zero accountability and a whole lot of lying from their side(from the front desk). When waiting for my appointment, they sent multiple clients in during my appointed time. They have no proper system to track appointments, there are no established prices for the treatments nor will you get any receipts from them. I asked them to cancel my pending Tabby payment(haven't made use of all my treatments) and they strung me around for weeks telling they'll contact their management and get back to me. They didn't call me back regarding this matter. A bit of advice for people who care: don't make the mistake I made and do try to avoid using Tabby/similar payment methods as much as possible and pay out of your existing balance. Tabby will not help you with anything, they won't even try to contact the 'merchant side' like they claim to. As a final note, I would advise to opt for other skin clinics where there is actual bookkeeping and transparency. :)

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. I clearly confirmed multiple times that my appointment should be with a female doctor. As a mother with a newborn and no driving ability, I had to take an Uber both ways. After arriving and waiting, the receptionist informed me—right before entering—that they had changed my appointment from a female doctor to a male doctor without notifying me in advance. I ended up canceling and leaving, wasting my time, money, and effort. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I truly hope they start respecting patients’ time and needs.

Recently, I had very poor experience in kaya Clinic at Mazyad mall, After received money, they forget to care the client, just formality, The doctor there Indian lady, she don’t have experience, Some time she used thick needle 💉 for prp, when I said it’s hurting its pain, then she is saying sorry sorry I forget to use thin, she is doctor she should know the processor, time of exosome she used cream before apply exosome, I ask some doctor thay said no need any cream before exosome because it’ll not work with cream, what is this ??? When I went there first time, she show me some pictures before and after, and she suggested me take this package and she promise me the results will be amazing, but actually they're making people fool, When I’m saying time to time there is no improvement there is no result, they’re not accepting the real things, only arguments, very good results this that, Hair fall started more then before, still hair thinning, no any single regrowth, See why I choose this kaya clinic even it’s expensive then other, because I trust, i thought this is good clinic then other maybe it’ll better experience, But totally I’m unsatisfied with results, I spent more then 6000 AED, and the results is ZERO 0️⃣ So please don't burn your money there 🤬 You are not running a clinic, you are running a scam - just fooling people and taking their money 💰 Very bad service, just show off, thay reply they'll do something, they're giving number to discuss, when we send msg, no response..
