7 months agoMy experience with this clinic was exceptionally disappointing. Following a consultation with a physician, I was referred to the physiotherapy department for assessment. I was informed that treatment would commence upon insurance approval. However, for a period of ten days, I encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the clinic. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via three provided telephone numbers, I received no answer. Furthermore, when I inquired about the cost of services to initiate treatment independently, communication ceased entirely. This prolonged period of silence and the inability to obtain basic information, even regarding pricing, demonstrated a profound lack of customer service. I would not recommend this clinic, and I strongly suggest they invest in comprehensive customer service training to address these significant deficiencies.

What’s even cooler is that they offer custom grillz, which are done perfectly. They truly deliver the best service and give you exactly what you’re looking for the Doctors and the staff is so friendly, Highly recommended!🫶🏻

I regularly visit for teeth cleaning and braces adjustments, and Dr. Dina is amazing—she’s not only skilled but also super friendly and approachable. I also see the chiropractor, Dr. Rustom, who has done wonders for my back after an accident. Additionally, I tried their HydraFacial, and my face is now glowing! What I love most about JHopkins is the variety of services they offer all in one clinic. It’s incredibly convenient, and the quality of care is exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic—JHopkins is simply the best!
