a week agoWent for pedicure and gel polish remove on hands. The staff was nice and pedicure went well. Had bad experience with gel polish removal, nail drill tool was used hard into my natural nails and hurt deeply. Can see how my nails were damaged in the photo given. The staff didn't even say sorry for the act.

Last time I had a small issue with my nails and they didn’t last long, but they were very kind and fixed everything for me without any extra charge. Their customer service is truly amazing and they always make sure their clients are happy. Today Angela did my nails and she did a perfect job – I absolutely love them! This is my favorite salon and I highly recommend it.

She even gave me a relaxing hand and foot massage, offered me some tea and biscuits, and made sure I felt completely comfortable the whole time. a month agoI went to HK today for my nails. I'm a regular but have been away for a while. I was pleasantly surprised that they sold the salon and with the new nail technician. Anjalie was so kind and sweet and did my nails exactly how I like them without any guidance. Very talented!!!! Thank you Anjalie.

a month agoI went for lash lift. It was failed cause they were using a kit that anybody can order from Amazon and claimed that it was not strong enough for my lashes. I was on that chair for 2 long hours with eyes burning the whole time. They still made me pay full price even though no results. Proper steal. Please save yourself and don’t bother going to this place.
