2 months agoI went to this salon and my experience with the service was no doubt it was good,but the staff and the manager’s behavior was very strange, especially the manager. I kept asking about the owner and where she was, but they didn’t give me any response. I spoke to the owner on the phone and she seemed very humble and kind, but the behavior of the salon staff and manager shows something else. They don’t know how to deal with clients or how to talk properly.. One or two staff members were fine, but the rest were not. When I asked the girl to show me nail color options, she replied, “It will get late if you look so much.” Like, dude, I am paying and it’s their responsibility. I have never seen such a cheap attitude in any salon in my life.. The salon runs according to the staff and manager, not the owner. The owner is very nice, but it’s important for her to be present there.

2 months agoI went for waxing. There was 2 girls the one from Cameroon was really good in her job. But the one from Sri Lanka did my legs I don't know how she did waxing I have hair like I shaved my legs. And it's irritating. She did the facial where she she remove black heads or I should say pretend to remove because after one day I got a lot of black head came out as she use steam but didn't remove black heads from my chin. Both the girls were nice. It's just the work wasn't done perfectly.

3 months agoThe saloon is nice and clean, but the downside are the staff that is quite impotent and noisy..I understand the saloon must be peaceful as it is a good place to relax and pumper ourselves through the tiring week of working..also the service is very poor. I booked my appointment 1 week before. I arrived at the saloon 10mins earlier but the technician came late and I have to wait for her.. when she arrives I still need to wait for her as they have not enough tools..OMG such a ridiculous experience I ever have.. and it's a huge never again to this saloon 🤬. Big waste of time and money
