2 months agoThe manicurist working on my nails was trying her best to hide her consistent cough and when I asked her if she was feeling ok she said no and that she had a sore throat. When I asked her if she has done a PCR she said no. I find it very reckless that this salon has their sick staff working on customers (including children) considering we are still in a pandemic. I've had long covid for 8 months now and counting so am very sensitive when it comes to places not following adequate safety protocols. The manager apologized and I asked her if the lady could do a PCR test (I also offered to pay for it) and to please just send me the result to put my mind at ease and to cut a long story short, they refused to do it. They gave me excuses like "She had a sore throat because she ate sweets last night" and they have sent me random Dr reports which I never asked for which confirm the lady had a fever, sore throat, dizziness, coughing (basically all Covid symptoms) but still refused to give her a PCR. Shocking disregard for their clients’ safety & peace of mind & def not ok to let staff work when they should be resting and healing. UPDATE: The salon has replied to this review as if the experience happened in 2025 when the review was from 2021 (in the thick of the Covid pandemic).

2 months agoWe visited Hello Kitty Spa today for my daughter’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so well organized, and all the kids had so much fun. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and made every child feel special. The host was amazing and kept the kids entertained throughout. The only thing I would suggest is to have more food options, and to offer both veg and non-veg choices at the same time. That would make the experience even better for everyone. Overall, it was a truly memorable and joyful celebration — highly recommend! 🎀💕

3 months agoThis was the second time here and while first time was good, the second time round was disappointing. My daughter’s hair were cut badly and now she has to use head band all the time to prevent all small hair from falling on her face all the time though we asked for a regular straight hair cut on her long hair without any layers, definitely not around the face
