in the last weekFraudulent Charging and False Advertisement Harley Street Dental Clinic did a fraudulent charging to my insurance provider, *THREE TIMES* the advertised PROMO price that they advertised for scaling services. I went to Harley Street Dental Center to get *PROMO* scaling service that is worth 300ADD. Upon arrival, I mentioned on my requested service and clearly stated that I will be paying the charges through my health insurance. The receptionist DID NOT say anything about that the fee will be charged the original price if I pay it through my health insurance. Mind you I am an expat and I am NOT well-versed with the system in AD, and given that it’s a well established clinic, I expect the customer service would be top notched. I received my promo level quality service ONLY not even a consultation in the process NO EXTRA treatment. After, I checked with my insurance provider to check the total charged and they said that I have been charged 1200AED by the clinic instead of the advertised 300ADD. When I called the clinic, ONLY THEN they explained it to me that they charge full price instead of promo if paying with insurance and for me to email my grievances with snobbish tone. I am flabbergasted by the horrible service from the staff. Do not go here if you are an expat since that you might be taken advantaged.
