in the last weekI had a great experience recently at the Hair Creators Salon in Gate Avenue Mall. The location of the salon is perfect with easy parking and very friendly staff. I highly recommend Hussein for highlights as he always does an excellent job. I felt very happy and relaxed after my visit to the salon and will definitely be going back to try out some of the beauty treatments!

3 weeks agoFirst off the salon is leaking of communication and welcome habits which is already so bad. I had booked my appointment with Emre , and I was there on time at 12 just so he can tell me that he forgot to book my appointment and he will come only at 3pm instead of 12. Since I really wanted the haircut with him I have kept it calm and came back in the evening at 6pm. I was waiting until 6;45 for someone to wash my hair ( not my selected hair dresser ) ! Afterwards I had to wait an other half an hour when someone started to dry my hair , at the very end at 7:30 Emre cut my hair , but I can’t mention enough how UNWELCOMING this salon , the service and the attitude is ! Not to mention Emre was continuously on the phone texting and calling Very unprofessional I felt frustrated the whole time and unwelcomed , to sit in a salon for a very simple haircut for 2,5 hours is ridiculous ( because I only wanted to cut my hair a tiny bit ) don’t believe all this instagram ads and videos of “influencers “ , they are completely misleading and not true. The service was terrible , the haircut is okay but never returning back and definitely don’t recommend this place - not to mention the price for this service is a shame! Waste of time in the morning , and in the evening They do not respect your appointment timings and selected hairdressers

a month agoMy recent visit did not meet my expectations. Communication during the appointment felt limited, and the final result differed from what was discussed. The colour outcome was different from what I requested and will now require significant corrective work. Based on my experience, I would not return.
