a week agoI got my haircut here for the first time in Abu Dhabi. I called beforehand and was told the price would be AED 250 for a haircut and wash. However, when it came time to pay, I was charged AED 370, which was quite disappointing as I wasn’t informed about the additional cost beforehand. I also felt that the service was a little rough on my hair. There was quite a bit of tugging and pulling, and while drying my hair, the dryer was tapped against my head a few times, which was slightly painful. That said, I did like the haircut itself and was happy with the final look. I just think the pricing should be communicated clearly upfront and the handling could be a bit gentler.
