2 months agoOne of the worst spa experiences I’ve had in Dubai in years — definitely not worth it. The spa lacks basic facilities like a jacuzzi, and the steam and sauna rooms are extremely small, unable to accommodate the number of guests. The relaxation area had only three lounge chairs, so there was literally nowhere to sit. There was only one toilet, with people lining up to use it. On top of that, we were told to leave by 5 p.m. because the area would then be reserved for men. As for the massage —i booked 90 minutes and my friend booked 60min, it was very poor. The therapists had an extremely light touch, which felt nothing like a proper massage. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

2 months agoI had one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had in Dubai at the Guerlain Spa. I’ve visited many spas across the city, and I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. For a place that promises luxury service and carries a premium brand name like Guerlain, the service I received was nowhere near what they claim to offer. Despite having a confirmed booking for a two-hour hammam and massage, I arrived only to be told very rudely that there were no available lockers. The staff member could clearly see that I was wearing an abaya and shaila, yet she still suggested that I go outside the spa to the gym both are mixed area anyways she suggested me to change and then return wearing a ROBE!!!! This suggestion was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and honestly shocking. They made me wait for 20 minutes with no solution and wasted my time, only to later tell me that they found one locker but it wasn’t working and couldn’t be locked. The whole experience ruined my mood and left me extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this spa to anyone.
