in the last weekExtremely unprofessional clinic after scheduling an appointment I was left waiting at the treatment room for over 1 hour no one updated me at all and then send home with an excuse which they only told me 1,5 hours after waiting and still having the numbing cream effect on my face for the rest of the night and saying they will reschedule which they never did, can not recommend this clinic at all

4 weeks agoFrom the consultation and support prior to the surgery onwards, my experience at Glamour Care Clinic with Dr. Maria has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Maria is not only highly skilled but also incredibly sweet, she treats you like a sister and shows she truly cares about you as a human, not just a patient. That genuine attentiveness gave me complete confidence and comfort throughout the journey. The nurses and staff were amazing, so caring, sweet, thoughtful, and supportive at every stage. The anesthesia team also deserves special mention for their professionalism, reassurance, and funny conversations to take my mind out of surgery, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was the aftercare. Dr. Maria provided extra attention with regular follow-ups, and the team always responded quickly to every question, even the small or “silly” ones, giving me so much confidence and making me feel truly cared for well beyond my time at the clinic. I am deeply grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and warmth shown by everyone, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Maria and the entire Glamour Care Clinic team.

a month agoTerrible service and client attention, it’s a shame because I met with Dr Rubatti and absolutely loved her and her job. I was really excited to do my two surgeries with her but can’t rely on the team “supporting” her. They just blunt ignore your inquiries, late answers if they are and absolute lack of attention and professionalism. The treatments and surgeries this clinic offers are not cheap, they have great doctors but I wouldn’t spend my money if they still have this “team” behind them. Staff on clinic was super nice too, I’m referring to the client attention afterwards (WhatsApp, phone…) services you will need if you proceed with them. Just avoid them.
