Was surprise to learn about electrolysis and decided to try. The service is really good and I am loving the result so far. The team are very professional and attentive especially the therapist! Follow up review after I completed my cleaning up round and follow up for bikini, i definitely recommending it. Kudos to Nijisha, thanks to her it become a pleasant expericence!

Very welcoming receptionist who made an effort to squeeze me in despite a busy schedule. Thank you to my therapist Dryelle, for making it possible to get rid of my grey beard hair. At first, I was doubtful about the procedure, but my therapist reassured me that I would see results. After 3 sessions with a 2-week interval, I achieved massive results.

The electrolysis service was poor and the customer service was worse. After complaining, I was told I could either extend the service or transfer the remaining sessions. When I later contacted customer service, they denied this completely and refused both transfer and refund. This kind of inconsistency is a serious red flag. Once payment is taken, accountability disappears. I regret trusting this clinic and strongly advise others not to use Furrless Permanent Services. Save your money and choose a provider that is honest and transparent

My experience with FURLESS at the Rabdan Mall branch was excellent. I got rid of my unwanted gray hair after just one session, and my black hair is starting to become thinner and less dense than before. I'd like to thank Tiyamol George, a very presentable and welcoming employee who explained the time, duration, and number of sessions for each area clearly and simply. The place is generally comfortable and respects customer privacy.
