I had a DHI robotic hairline transplant (4,100 grafts) at ESTE Medical Group Dubai on 6th January, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Going in, I was very apprehensive (I have a real fear of needles and surgery) but from the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel completely at home. Every concern was addressed calmly and professionally, and they did everything possible to make the procedure seamless and stress-free. The aftercare from day one was exceptional. Every member of the team played their part in looked after me, and by the final day it almost felt like one big family! The level of attention and progress tracking went far beyond what I expected — daily lymphatic massages until the swelling subsided, oxygen chamber sessions, regular hair washing and moisturising, and finally scab removal. I was also able to contact the clinic between appointments whenever needed, which was incredibly reassuring. Despite my apprehension, the recovery was much smoother than expected. I healed rapidly — bandages were off by day 4, and scabs were removed by day 9 (as I was flying home). The whole process was far easier than I had built it up to be in my head. Everyone at the clinic played their part, but a special mention to Sam (CEO), who personally checked on my progress daily. His passion for the clinic really shows through how he interacts with both staff and patients. A big thank you as well to Paulina, who made everything seamless from day one — from daily bookings to answering questions and checking in on my progress throughout. The service and cleanliness are outstanding — everything you can ask for, with a very personal touch. It’s now just under three weeks post-procedure, I’m back to normal life, and most people don’t even notice I’ve had a transplant because it already looks so natural. I’m extremely happy with the results so far. A 7-star rating is truly justified - I couldn’t recommend ESTE Medical Group highly enough to anyone considering a hair transplant.
