2 weeks agoMany years ago, I attended a sound healing session here, and today, after almost four years, I found myself back at Essentia — this time for what I thought would be a talk on Family Constellation. It turned out to be a very different experience altogether. The group I was with was open, diverse, and filled with genuinely kind, empathetic people — the kind that are rare to come by in daily life. There was definitely a strong energy in the room; felt by all. That said, I realized that this particular kind of work may not be for me. I did see many others fully embracing the experience, and I truly respect that. Personally I don’t think this was the right medium for me as I didn’t feel entirely at ease or welcome, though I understand that everyone’s journey with such sessions is different. I would still recommend it to others who approach healing with an open mind and heart — there’s much to be felt and observed here. My only suggestion to the studio would be to maintain transparency about charges/ prices and details beforehand (as the brochure doesn’t mention this) and clarity always supports trust, especially in spaces meant for healing.
