a month agoVery Disappointing Experience – Absolutely Not Recommended Staying at this hotel was a huge mistake. 1. It is impossible to reach the hotel by phone or email. No one answers, no follow-up, no responsibility at all. 2. Check-in and check-out times are completely ignored. The staff clearly does not care about guests, and you will definitely be left in a difficult situation. 3. The rooms are not clean at all. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty. I encountered insects and leftover dirt from previous guests. This is completely unacceptable. 4. I requested room cleaning and clean towels for 3 consecutive days and at least 8 times, speaking to multiple staff members. Despite all these requests, my room was never cleaned, and I didn’t even have clean towels during my stay. This place clearly does not follow basic hygiene standards. I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the World Health Organization regarding hygiene violations. Moreover, this hotel creates a very negative image for tourists visiting the United Arab Emirates. Such irresponsibility and lack of cleanliness should not represent this country. I will also be reporting this issue to the UAE authorities. I deeply regret staying here. I would honestly rather sleep on the street than ever stay in this hotel again. Avoid this place at all costs.
