2 months agoVery disappointing and unprofessional experience. I visited with my husband for a couple’s massage, and the environment was uncomfortable from the beginning. The staff were not dressed in a proper or professional manner, which is not what you expect from a reputable spa. In addition, the therapists had very long, pointed nails that made the massage unpleasant. The most serious issue occurred during the Turkish bath session for my husband, where there was a clear lack of respect for PERSONAL boundaries. The situation was handled in a way that made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the standards of this place. Plus, the spa looks nothing like the photos advertised and is far below standard. Overall, I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.
