Echoing the review of the previous patient: At the beginning of treatment, Dr. Duval did consult with me but when the actual treatment started, I was passed off to other 'junior' dentists in the practice. I was told I could wait till Dr. Duval returned, but one thing led to another and despite the fact that I flew thousands of miles to be treated by him, he did very little of the work. I experienced ill-fitting crowns and severe gum inflammation as a result of major clinical errors. *Patients need to verify which practitioner will be performing their treatment, especially if they have anything complicated with their bite/occlusion.*

Dr. Duval is honestly on another level. I spent a long time searching for the right doctor because my old veneers were a complete disaster and I also had issues with my bite. I was extremely nervous and picky about redoing my smile, but from the first appointment, I felt I was in the right hands. He gave me such a natural result and fixed my bite beautifully.
