3 weeks agoThe only thing that really bothers me about this clinic is the appointment scheduling and how disorganized it is. I booked appointments for both my husband and myself on the same day, just at different times. The next day, they confirmed my husband’s appointment but not mine. Since all the appointments were fully booked, I had to reschedule mine for the following week. They even sent me the confirmation on WhatsApp. Then today, I found out they had called me and changed my appointment to a completely different day without my approval. Please, I kindly ask you to be more accurate and organized with your appointment scheduling because this has become very frustrating.
