I booked an appointment at the Derma clinic because I was suffering from some allergies . I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Eissan, even though I didn’t know her before. Fortunately, she turned out to be the treating doctor for my case, and she was very kind, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. My condition improved significantly within the first week, thank God. I went back for a follow-up visit a week later, even though I’m usually not the type to attend follow-up appointments. But her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me want to do it.
