I’ve had an amazing experience with the nurse (Ziove Juanco). She is incredibly professional, caring, attentive to detail, and genuinely kind. She always makes every laser session comfortable and leas painful. I specifically request her by name whenever I book because I truly appreciate the quality of her work and the way she treats her patients. She is a wonderful person, and her dedication and professionalism absolutely deserve to be recognized. I highly recommend her!

Honestly, your prices are much higher than your neighbors', but you need to offer discounts. Personally, I only come for Hossam and Mark, and there are clinics on every corner. I hope you'll reconsider your prices.

Unfortunately, my last experience wasn't the same as before. I've been a loyal customer for over two years, and I always praised their place and service. I even brought new customers every time because I was so convinced of their quality. But recently, I've noticed that the prices have increased exorbitantly compared to the service provided, and even the bills and extra charges have increased significantly without any convincing reason. Of course, any place naturally raises its prices over time (and they're increasing even more now), but what's happening now is frankly excessive, especially with the decline in service quality. Unfortunately, this has made me, and even the people I used to recommend, reconsider continuing with them after these recent experiences. I hope they reconsider their prices and retain their loyal customers before they lose them.
