a month agoI had a truly wonderful wellness experience at Contrast. The air was lovely when I walked in, and all the towels smelled wonderful. The combination of infrared sauna and massage was incredibly relaxing. I especially want to commend the masseuse, Divina. It was by far the best massage I've ever had in Dubai. Her combination of technical skill, passion, and sensitivity was outstanding.

3 months agoAbsolutely loved my experience at Contrast Sauna & Ice. The atmosphere is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed — the perfect space to reconnect with your body and reset your mind. The contrast therapy experience felt incredibly energizing and grounding at the same time. The sauna was excellent, the ice experience felt safe and well-guided, and the overall environment was very clean and professional. A special thank you to Mary, who assisted with my booking and walked me through the entire journey with such warmth, professionalism, and care. She made the whole experience feel seamless from the very beginning. Also, a huge appreciation to Divina, the massage therapist, who was incredibly attentive and intuitive and delivered an absolutely outstanding massage experience. You can truly feel the level of care and expertise in her work. What I appreciated the most was the feeling after the session - deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a real sense of recovery. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support wellness, recovery, stress relief, or simply take a meaningful pause from busy Dubai life. Will definitely come back.
