in the last weekI wish I got up and left my service at the first red flag. I would never step foot into this salon again. I came in for a basic hair wash and basic blow dry. No style, just didn’t want any frizzy or wet hair. Requested volume in the blow dry if possible. I sit down and 4 minutes in, I am already slapped with my first surcharge “shampoo charge”. Excuse me? An extra fee for L’Oréal? In 2026? Must be joking. I reluctantly agree to pay the fee and then we spend the next 10 mins arguing over which shampoo to choose, even though I know exactly which care line I want. In the end, she makes disrespectful comments, and I should’ve left right then. My fault for staying to be polite. Finally the blow dry was the opposite of what I wanted and requested. Wrong brush, wrong heat, wrong technique. Terrible experience. In the end I just decide I’m going to leave when they bring up ANOTHER SURCHARGE for a fancy blowdry. I paid my surcharged bill and could not get out of there faster. First time in my life I’ve left a service provider without saying thank you and without leaving a tip. Considering the attitude, the service, the surcharges and the disrespect towards customers, I would give zero stars if I could.
