in the last weekI’ve been a customer of this salon for a long time I believe since they first opened. I visited for nail refill. I really love the vibe of the salon it’s stylish and has a nice atmosphere.However there are a few things that could be improved. Since it’s a ladies salon and many ladies wearing hijab like me it feels uncomfortable when delivery men suddenly walk in while clients are there.I think more privacy would make the experience better. The service could also be improved basic hospitality like offering water,tea,or coffee is rarely provided unless you ask. Additionally the prices are quite high compared to the overall service experience. Overall I hope they work on these points because the salon has great potential and I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

a week agoThe reception team was polite and accommodating, and the staff overall were welcoming and friendly. We got our nails done with Mobina and Niloofar. Mobina was energetic, warm, and considerate of my requests and expectations and did a very good job . Niloofar also did a very careful and delicate job with great attention to detail.We were happy with results! We also received eyebrow services from Katie , and she did a very nice job. The salon itself is spacious, clean, and professional, with different sections allocated to different services. Everything felt well-organized and professional. I would definitely recommend this salon!
