a month agoI had the worst experience at this salon. I had booked a haircut appointment today (29 December 2025) at 2:30 pm. The receptionist confirmed it to be at 12 pm. Upon reaching the salon I was not greeted properly which is fine. I found it unprofessional when the receptionist made it sound like I was at fault for coming at the confirmed time (12 pm). I reached the salon an hour early at 11 am. Then she ordered me that my appointment is at 2:30 pm. I showed her the confirmation sent by her via whatsapp & she just casually told that she had copy pasted. Definitely a waste of time ! I didnt say anything and just left. When I called her to inform about the severe impolite & unprofessional conduct of herโs, she was acting all polite as maybe the call was recorded. Anyway they lost a client. I also chose not to cut my hair from this salon. Wonโt recommend this salon to anyone ๐
