in the last weekBad Experience at Brows Salon I’ve been a regular customer of Brows Salon for a long time, but my experience today, October 24 at 3:37 PM, was very disappointing. Before coming, I already spoke with the receptionist, Sam, and confirmed the total amount I had to pay. However, when I arrived, she suddenly mentioned extra charges that I’ve never been asked to pay before even though I come back every month for the same service. Sam was very rude in handling the situation and even argued with me instead of trying to resolve it professionally. Because of her attitude and poor customer service, I made it clear that I will no longer be coming back to this salon.
