2 weeks agoTerrible experience at Brows and More Salon. The manager/receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly unfit to handle customers. She falsely recorded that we did not attend our appointment and accused us of lying by saying CCTV needed to be checked which is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this—this behavior damages the business.
