Terrible experience / Hidden fees and unprofessional staff and doctors. Also they are not honest and upfront on their dental fees and charges the adjustment fee now became 250 instead of 200 per monthly adjustment; and 100 per brakets instead of 50 dirhamns each— and this was not the price they have told me during my inquiry and first visit. So didn’t you tell me at the beginning? To anyone who is considering going to this dental clinic be vigilant and ask before any procedure to be done and if they can do it not to waste your time. So don’t be fooled with their false advertisement. Never listen to the suggestion of the female receptionist because in the end if you didn’t follow her recommendation she will not gonna help you and trying to clean her hands and act innocent. She was the one who suggested to go with the other doctor because she claimed that “she is good” but this is subjective well maybe good if you are willing to pay more and waste money— or maybe she is good but she don’t give reasonable advise. And when I finally went to the dental clinic she also stopped me for having consultation with this previous doctor. Well, be honest and tell the fees upfront and tell us if you cannot fix the problem not to waster our time. What you are doing is like a bait, and provide false promises and then later try to ripe us off. I wish I could share my child teeth it would be perfect for other people to see. Lol it was not a complex case as they claimed on second visit, the child is only 14 years old and teeth are properly aligned already it just need dental cleaning and few more adjustment but they want to ripe us off. So my advice for the upcoming patient is to document everything and ask the fees in advance before any other procedure. They have their own individual pricing and they are not honest about it, so be mindful of that. I also ask for the number of the owner and email address but the receptionist failed to provide me because she knew that I will complain her🤣. My go to dental clinic for any dental treatment I have had my aligners done and the transformation was amazing, Thanks to Dr. Jenny who started with me then worked with Dr. Amrita, both were very professional and know what are they doing, They follow up with me all the way for 18 months, gave full support till the end, and always ready to answer any question you have. I would also like to command Dr Anas for fixing a broken tooth i had during this period, very patient and didnt rush the treatment, untill he made sure everything was good for the next step. Starting from the root canal till the crown. Special thanks to Ms Fritz, fir her amazing hospitality and she have friendliest receptionist i have ever met. She have also helped me my insurance claims, with all needed supported documents We can go without thanking all the nurses and assistants that helped throughout my journey. I will definitely be back for any dental treatment i would need in the future . Thank you Avance team
