My 10:00 AM appointment with Dr Jaylanti Malik was confirmed the night before, yet when I arrived (after walking 30 minutes), the front desk told me the doctor wasn’t even at this location and was working somewhere else. After waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. No one notified me. No one cancelled or rescheduled. There was zero accountability for wasting my time and effort. This is basic appointment management—if the doctor isn’t available, patients should be informed in advance. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
