in the last weekA terrible experience, and I won't be going back. I ordered a hair mask, karkar oil, and a blow-dry. The employee didn't wash my hair properly and doesn't know how to blow-dry it. While blow-drying, she wiped the cream and oil off my scalp. And on top of that, they charged me 120 dirhams! When I left the salon, I found oil behind my ear and on my scalp. I went home, washed my hair from scratch, and redoed everything myself.

a week agoThe most amazing salon with the most excellent service, especially from the receptionist, Shahd. The place is clean and tidy, all the staff are smiling, and the incense smells wonderful. I tried their ironing service with the employee, Missy, and I didn't feel a thing; the work was beautiful, and I didn't feel a thing. I'll definitely repeat this experience a million times, God willing.
