The attending doctor failed to introduce themselves, explain the treatment, or provide any documentation regarding what was administered via IV. There was a complete lack of communication and transparency throughout the visit. What began as a quoted cost of 500 AED suddenly escalated to 4,600 AED (£955) after my wife was told she “needed” additional medication—with no clear explanation or justification for the increase. As visitors from the UK, we found this experience deeply concerning and felt taken advantage of. Such practices raise serious questions about professionalism, ethics, and patient care standards
