I had an extremely disappointing experience with Adora Clinic. I paid the full amount for my veneers, but they didn’t even finish my teeth. After trying the veneers, I realized they looked very fake and unnatural, so I politely requested a refund — even offering to cover the costs for their time. Despite that, they refused and completely ignored my request. What’s worse, Dr. Tareq Hawa stopped responding to my messages altogether, which is completely unprofessional. I ended up paying for everything without getting the actual work done, which feels like a scam. Please avoid this clinic at all costs. They only care about taking your money, not about patient satisfaction or honesty. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did Replying back to you : It’s disappointing to see that instead of taking responsibility, you’re trying to twist the situation. I did mention the issues with the teeth — the length, the shape, and how unnatural they looked — directly to the dentist. The problem was never resolved despite multiple follow-ups. Also, I didn’t “fail to show up”; I was waiting for confirmation that never came. If you actually cared about customer satisfaction, you’d focus on fixing your mistakes rather than arguing online. I have every right to share my honest experience so others don’t go through the same disappointment
