I had a great experience with their nail technician named Blessing! She was so friendly and nice and did a great job with my nails. It was my first time ever having my nails done with Acrylic and she did it nicely! will definitely recommend everyone on having her as a nail technician ❤️🫶🏻 Thank you Blessing!

. Absolutely terrible experience! I got permanent eyeliner and shadow done at this salon, and they completely ruined it. One wing is drooping down, making my eye look closed, while the other is flying up—completely unbalanced! When I went back for corrections, they admitted it was done wrong from the start and said fixing it properly wasn’t possible without making the thickness uneven. After spending hours trying to fix it, the technician still couldn’t correct their mistake. Not only is the work unprofessional, but the management is also irresponsible. I have been struggling to get my money back or even a proper solution. Every time I ask, they keep saying they need to email management, and nothing gets resolved. They take people’s money easily but refuse to take responsibility for their poor service. Instead of fixing both eyes, they only offered me one service instead of two. How is that fair when THEY made the mistake? This is NOT a beauty salon—it’s a disaster. If you care about your face and your money, stay far away! Since posting my review, their response has been equally disappointing. They initially pretended to resolve things, but nothing changed. It’s been a cycle of empty promises and delays. They take money easily but refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. If you care about your face and your money, stay far away from this place.

I've been doing blonde highlights/balayage for 10 years and this is the only time I come out in a catastrophic state. I spent 3 hours in this salon to come out with this result. I expressed my dissatisfaction and not a single move was made regarding payment. I paid the service in full. I was asked to come back to make up for this disaster, obviously I no longer trust them to touch my hair. They may be good for doing your nails but don't go there for the well-being of your hair because in addition to failing you completely they will charge you... if I could I would have given 0 stars

I had a fantastic experience at Bespoke Beauty salon and the hairstylist really listened to what I wanted for my haircut and gave me exactly what I envisioned. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere,especially the receptionist and I felt pampered throughout my appointment. I highly recommend this salon and stylist!
