10 months agoMy experience with this clinic was exceptionally disappointing. Following a consultation with a physician, I was referred to the physiotherapy department for assessment. I was informed that treatment would commence upon insurance approval. However, for a period of ten days, I encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the clinic. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via three provided telephone numbers, I received no answer. Furthermore, when I inquired about the cost of services to initiate treatment independently, communication ceased entirely. This prolonged period of silence and the inability to obtain basic information, even regarding pricing, demonstrated a profound lack of customer service. I would not recommend this clinic, and I strongly suggest they invest in comprehensive customer service training to address these significant deficiencies.

What’s even cooler is that they offer custom grillz, which are done perfectly.
