Disrespectful pricing practices and zero consideration for loyal clients. We have been coming to this clinic for over 3 years. We are four sisters, all loyal clients, consistently doing treatments and always paying full price without ever asking for discounts or special offers. You would expect, at the very least, basic professionalism and respect in return. Unfortunately, every single visit turns into a problem at the cashier. The prices are never consistent, the staff are never aligned, and the amount to pay somehow changes every time. This is unacceptable for a clinic that claims to be professional. Today was the last straw. Two of us came for laser treatment. My sister did full body, while I only did three zones yet the receptionist tried to charge us the exact same price. We had to argue at the counter, wasting time and energy, instead of relaxing after a self-care treatment. I was forced to call my other sister, who had visited a few days earlier, just to prove the correct pricing. Only then did they finally reduce the amount and charge me properly. It is unacceptable to come for a treatment meant to make you feel good and leave feeling stressed, angry, and disrespected because the staff cannot do their job correctly. Adding zones that were not even treated just to charge more money is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Dubai is full of laser clinics. You are not the only option. Instead of valuing loyal clients who have supported you for years, you choose to create tension, confusion, and discomfort at every visit. This experience was disappointing, exhausting, and disrespectful. Loyalty clearly means nothing here.

The treatment im doing there for Botox and prophylo is one of the best. I tried different places before, and this is the best place I can recommend in Dubai. Well done :)
