From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and well-maintained, a perfect environment to relax. Special thanks to a manicure master Gulzira who works really skilfully and always helps to choose the right shape and a matching nail color, and a pedicure master Lynn for her attentive and gentle approach. a month agoJust in Dubai for a very quick work trip. Staying at the Fairmont hotel down from Aurora. From scheduling on WhatsApp messenger to my actual experience in the salon, I’d say it was top notch. Very quick to respond and take my appointment request - were able to provide an appointment at the time I needed. The 2 nail techs that performed an hombre gel manicure and gel pedicure, did an excellent job. Both spoke very good English, listened to my requests - I was highly satisfied. Highly recommend.
