The facial therapist (I forgot her name) was exceptional, incredibly polite, calm, and clearly highly experienced. You can tell when someone genuinely knows their craft and cares about what they are doing, and that was evident at every step. She took the time to understand my skin, explained the process, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. What really stood out to me was the before and aftercare. I received proper guidance on how to prep my skin beforehand and, even more importantly, detailed aftercare advice, something that is surprisingly rare in Dubai clinics, where many rush you in and out. This level of attention made a noticeable difference to my results. My skin felt refreshed, balanced, and visibly glowing, not just immediately after but days later as well. It was one of those treatments where you leave feeling cared for, not just treated. I genuinely can't recommend this facial (and the therapist) enough.
