as a loyal customer who has been coming to your salon regularly for 3 years and who genuinely cares about the experience you offer. One thing I really need to highlight is how often the team changes. Every time I get comfortable with the staff and build trust, the team changes again. For many of us, a salon is not just a service it’s a place we go to feel relaxed, comfortable, and understood. Constantly changing the team really affects that comfort and, honestly, it’s disappointing!!!!! I also want to highlight the Moroccan bath with Asma. She is absolutely amazing❤️! Many of my colleagues and friends come to your salon ‘specifically’ because of the hammam service with her. (She has been a huge reason people recommend and return to the salon) Another very important person is Dahia❤️ She has a big impact on creating such a welcoming and comfortable environment. The way she manages the appointments, leads the team, and handles customers makes a real difference. We always feel at ease and well taken care of with her🫶🏻 I’d also like to mention Oussama, who was one of the best hairstylists in town. His work and professionalism were exceptional. Unfortunately, the “golden team” that made this salon special is no longer here, and this change is clearly affecting the customer experience. Team consistency matters a lot, and I truly believe keeping strong staff is key to maintaining loyal clients I’m sharing this feedback with respect and honesty, hoping it will be taken into consideration for the future of the salon

Taima did an amazing job with my hair colour, cut and blow dry. I love it so much. I recommend to get your hair done with her. The head massage she gives while washing your hair is incredible.

Went there with my friend two times for a Moroccan bath. The lady (Asma) is amazing. She's super efficient and nice, job well done!
